Psychological work in residential communities for the elderly

Abstract
The residential communities of the mayors represent today a context of care on the third and fourth floor and which is fundamental from the socio-health point of view. Occupational therapy in different forms has a particular health and therapeutic importance within residential installations. The article refers to the experiential group as an occupational and therapeutic element based in the group sharing and particularly during the war period. Being vivid about war and being able to talk about it represents a way of feeling fierce and “invincible”. The article relates the experience of an experiential group with senior people of a residential center for senior people.
