Inspirational pathways: innovative strategies to increase academic motivation in secondary school

Abstract
The educational intervention Project was implemented in a secondary school in Eastern Yucatán, aiming to strengthen school motivation among second-grade students. The issue was identified through an initial diagnostic that revealed low interest in learning and limited family involvement. The intervention included three didactic sequence base don differentiated instruction, the recognition of personal strengths, and the active participation of parents in the classroom. Results frem pre-and post testing indicate improvements in students academic motivation and their willingness to engage in a class activities. It is concluded tha collaborative work and emotional support hava a positive impacto on school engagement during adolescence
