The Evolution of INFAD Journal’s Editorial Discourse Through Its Introductions, from 2006 to 2026
Main Article Content
Abstract
This monograph brings together the introductions published in the INFAD Journal over the period 2006-2026. This compilation reflects an interest in preserving, organizing, and highlighting a collection of texts that, beyond their introductory function in each issue, constitute a record of the editorial thinking that has guided the journal under the direction of its Director-Editor, Dr. Florencio Vicente Castro. Through these introductions, it is possible to trace the evolution of INFAD’s scientific identity, its priority thematic areas, its openness to new research contexts, and its commitment to the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of Developmental Psychology, Educational Psychology, and other related disciplines. This volume is not intended to replace the original value of each introduction as published in its respective issue, but rather to provide an overall perspective that makes it possible to understand the journal’s trajectory, its scientific concerns, and its continuity over time. In this way, the monograph serves as a work of compilation, institutional memory, and projection.
