Teaching innovation in the EHEA: educational pills
Main Article Content
Abstract
That work on Education Innovation pretended to design a new Improvement for the of University Education: the learning pills. It was carried out during the academic year 2020-2021 in the context of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources of the University of León. This project makes your efforts on the development of audiovisual tutorials of short duration or learning pills about the course content. Learning pills are short lessons on specific topics that are recorded in digital format and uploaded to an online platform so that students can access them whenever they want. The educational pill is the smallest unit of information endowed with meaning. Its objective is to teach and reinforce specific concepts, capturing the student’s attention, exposing the contents in an attractive, dynamic and interactive way. They are characterized by being of short duration, between 10 and 15 minutes, and focus on a single theme, or concept, developing a very specific content. The content is very condensed and exposes the essential points to be developed by the teacher. Despite their brevity, they involve an in-depth analysis of the subject. As there are several modalities, we can choose the ones that best suit our subject, the topic to be presented and our personality. And here we expose some formats that can serve as an example.
