Abstract

This study focuses on determining the differences according to sociodemographic, academic and relational variables of the participants in the actions and initiatives implemented by the school management team, from the point of view of 631 families. The questionnaire used was the LEI-Q-Famili. To examine comparisons between groups, Mann-Whitney U test was used for the variables sex and type of center, and the Kruskal-Wallis test for the variables family ties, educational levels provided
by the center and the school district’s socioeconomic level. The results obtained allow us to identify actions and strategies developed by school leaders that advance in the development of an inclusive school culture in which family plays a key role.
