Development of healthy living habits in secondary through the youthform program
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this work we present the start-up of the Young Form Program of the Junta de Andalucía. It is aimed at Secondary students and dynamized by the Guidance Department. It is intended with this Program to contribute to the integral development of the students and specifically in this Educational Stage to the sexual development, development of habits of healthy life, mental health, emotional relationships and coexistence. Students can be very vulnerable to show difficulties in these areas in their evolutionary development and therefore both Education, Guidance and Psychology should help to prevent or solve possible difficulties in these areas in the adolescence stage.
