Virtual university: the experience in the formation of specialists in Russia
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the Russian Internet segment, science and education are represented by virtual Universities, websites of educational institutions, virtual conferences, educational portals, as well as virtual and electronic libraries. At present, the network is forming a new type of society, the informational one, and as a consequence of this, a new "technotronic era" for the social structure is opened. The motto of F. Bacon "Knowledge is power" acquires a new meaning, since it is not knowledge itself, but communication is the new scientific power. The main idea of the paper is that the socialization of self-education, that is, the individual perception of the message (message), its interpretation and its communication (type, mode and model of the dissemination of knowledge and its modifications), currently define the field of virtual education.
