Abstract

When teaching is a legal discipline, face classes must be supported and supplemented by various educational materials that reinforce the learning of the subject. Thus, specific manuals and literature, laws and regulations, law reports, databases, legal and other materials that teachers can provide, will be useful for the proper preparation of the subject. Moreover, even when the new curriculum intended use of new forms of non-traditional assessment, the use of tests remains in certain branches, necessary to qualify the student’s knowledge on the subject. This study analyzes the various possibilities that teachers of Labour and Social Security has in this area.
