Abstract

The Covid19 pandemic is an unexpected reality. If, for many difficult to understand, accept and comply with the guidelines recommended by the general direction of health; for others, a monstrous reality that we could experience, and all care is little. And in this panoply of feelings, confusion and difficulty in similar to how much is said/heard; the urgency of psychology arises both clinical and social and even educational, having a look and a proposal of intervention, which is as simple as possible, lucid and with a good dose of optimism; to be able to reach everyone as soon as possible. Thus, thinking about how we behave, think and communicate, is extremely urgent to avoid, to point the finger by pointing, to say bad ly by saying; that we can realize and accept that we are ALL INTERCONNECTED. A word, a gesture, a behavior can have both assertive and positive, as negative and catastrophic (cavernously speaking can be “something beasty”, such as being an attitude, word or behavior of “beast”); the wonderful thing is that we can all DECIDE how we want to be, how we want to act, how we want to communicate! Here is our look and possible interventions as Psychologists, with whom you can ALWAYS COUNT!
