"Mindfulness": review on its state of art

Abstract

Over the last few years they have proliferated research on Mindfulness coming at to validate the effectiveness of this technique in different areas of knowledge scientific as medicine or psychology. This paper highlights some of the findings in this field, paying particular attention to their new methodological approaches that mainly come from the hand of cognitive neurobiology and your possible transfer to specific therapeutic contexts. Highlighting about the specific contributions made in the field of aging and immune mechanisms.
