"The profile of effectiveness of the mediator from the perspective of negotiation"

Abstract
The present study is to analyze the predictive value of an instrument designed for negotiating effectively (CEN II) in its application to mediation. From a conceptual approach to the field of study and scientific contributions related to the subject is delimited. Empirical research was carried out through a sample of 60 mediators / as results obtained confirm the reliability and predictive validity of the CEN II and efficiency in determining differences in family mediation.
